rrr have just spent almost 600k sterling on some U investment in Canada and from memory they did not have that much cash although they do have a 3m stg facility to draw on. I think they may have sold 8m of their shares not in escrow to Pal as Pal had an option to buy all the rrr shares.
We shall see as there will be a compliance notice is this is the case
