I wouldnt be too concerned with CR as even if it does occur it wouldnt be too dilutive and the very mcap can well accommodate. This company is transparent and you can see flow of new deals and collaboration every month- it is so transparent that they even tell you how many ccp to break even. Its directors take options instead of cash for directors fees recognising importance of conserving cash.
