Peter will present the Norwest story at 9:10am Monday morning at the Excellence in Oil & Gas conference at the Sofitel in Sydney. Interestingly enough, at 2:05 that afternoon Bill Tinapple ( Executive Director, Petroleum Division, Department of Mines & Petroleum WA) will speak on exploration, development and investment opportunities in WA, including the future of shale gas in WA - the relevance of this to NWE will be most interesting. Conference supporters will include Patersons Securities, Macquarie, the Toronto Stock Exchange, Orient Capital amongst others. This would appear an excellent opportunity to sell the NWE story to an impressive audience. The conference is described as the east coasts leading oil and gas investment forum. In my view this appears an excellent opportunity for NWE. I look forward to reading the presentation when released and ill be watching the sp very closely this week to assess the impact.
