they have no other option than to do a deeply discounted SPP, expected this for 4 months now, the company must have been desperate to win at least some new work but that hasn't happened

even with recapitalised balance sheet i wonder if they are going to be large enough (in terms of available working capital) to win more orders, the best outcome would be for another company to take them over but that will not happen as all the engineering stocks are in the same boat atm

raise enough money to keep it afloat or game over unfortunately
