Proxylady, am I right in thinking that this company will stay...

Proxylady, am I right in thinking that this company will stay suspended until everyone sends their cheque in? So people will be blind as to what the market thinks re share price? Is it basically a situation of, send in the cheque and if there is enough money submitted, the company will trade, but if not, it is finished?

Am I totally wrong in my reading of this? I think there is no underwriting, no institutional support, no Directors saying they will take up their rights and support the raising- all this from the ANN. Have I read it wrong?
