Let's wait for the prospectus to come out which will have all the details about the capital raising.Company is very desperate to get the funds, this is my first ever experience with a co.who are doing a cap raising at 68% discount.If it is not underwriten then it wil be hard for me to justify more investment in this co.I'll make the decision after reading the prospectus and market conditions at that time.
