Yes, Prechter's target of below 400 on the DOW does sound silly. Even more silly it's only Supercycle (a) of Grand Supercycle IV which must mean he expects at least another huge bull market is yet to come followed by a much lower target (ie, total destruction of their economy). I think it's safe to say I won't be around to see that.
