GZ, a couple of points.
The captain sits in left hand seat..not right.
Also, the hijackers didn't learn their trade via a handbook found in a car. It's been well publicised they had simulator and flight training. A quick google will confirm that minor fact for you.
I'm a tad miffed with the cross control configuration you mention? Firstly, I didn't see any steep banks performed by either of the WTC aircraft, and secondy, even if there was a last minute steep bank turn it does not require any cross controls?
