All false flags work on the same basis...
1. A massive emotional event will overwhelm any interest in looking at something with a critical eye.
2. A ready made culprit has already been determined and propaganda already prepared for dissemination
3. The propaganda is then sent to the intended audience ahead of any competing propaganda.
4. The public is thus provided with both a problem and a solution all at the same time, all they have to do is agree to the government's plan and their problems will be solved!
