Reading other stories on this topic, it seems the FBI had degenerated to nothing more than a typical government bureacracy, back biting, internal squabbling, power struggles, interdepartmental rivalry, #ucking up on purpose to squeeze the government for more funds.
The bureau was rotten with moles, incompetents and foreign agents.
Edmonds was hired AFTER 9/11.
The culture running through the FBI was ingrained...........any blame lies with Clinton admin, the rot was institutionalised during the 8 years of their watch.
