$9.2 million in grants to defence companies, page-3

Important post by Dogtor. Just sent a .pdf off to Lee this minute. I assume he has already had a 'heads up' call from the Minister..cough. Here's hoping.

I note this is the 'first round' of grants for Aust Defence 'priority industries' and it includes things like 'infantry weapons' and 'electronic warfare'. If I didn't know any better one might think this was custom written for MST? However, it does require 'matched funds' i.e. MST has to put up $4M to get another $4M. Better than a kick in the pants, though.
