PPP may (careful here) manipulate the market some what.
If you have a look at the pattern on some of their recommendations, volumes are up a few days before their recommendations.
It's almost impossible to get set at the maximum buy in price they say.
Everyone try's to get a piece of the action and force the price up.
Some one sells (who bought in earlier) and makes a motza.
