Scoob - your analysis seems very rational and supported by ann info.
All going well we might expect an ann as you say, which would seem to fit into the JV partners' agreed ann policy of only announcing at key points. A very sensible policy - we get told in advance what to expect (expectation management) by way of information flow so that nervy people don't have conniptions.
