I think it warrants some sharing of ideas re this substantial capper.

1. Is it a cap to scrape up the nervouse ones
2. It is substantial and is not being dumped so the seller is expecting to be taken out at that price ??
3. There is a risk that someone could wipe it (its that close to the ask)


I find it unusual and fascinating. can someone share ideas re this as its realtively big and a single seller.
