i think that you will find that crarg and rule called an insto placement some time back. To quote the Emperor:

"Go back to when the forum was not full of so much fluff or repeats it may relate to crarg's call on insto placement"

Not sure what jaks thought and clearly i didnt know either way but for reasons previously cited i wasnt concerned.

your statement of fact : "I now know the shares were sold to instos to raise more cash" is really nothing more than mickey juice. what would certainly be interesting is how u know? what insto(s)? and what are Golar raising the cash for (i.e. is it for Gladstone)?
