    The interest is most likely due to the fact that they currently have a trial going on in Malaysia of their AMR Electricity Meter solution (see last company announcement) if they land this contract it will be huge, not to mention the recent success in gaining the 130m hospital contract which is a different product altogether than what is being trialled in Malaysia.
