• Alex Passmore became the CEO of Rox in 2019. Here are some of his team's achievements:
• After months of due diligence world class Hawke's Point came on board as a cornerstone investor. They funded much of the exploration and provide high level technical support. Hawke's Point have increased their investment and 2 other instos have bought in.
• Alex has provided a near surface JORC of 1m ozs Au and the Deeps at 2.2 oz Au. These are to 2012 JORC standard..
• Rox has been steadily converting inferred resources to indicated.
• Alex has attracted a top level BOD and team that has more experience and expertise than any other small cap junior. They are not highly paid but have accepted options at 4 cps (post consolidation).
• Rox has completed metallurgic studies to show very high gold recoveries from near surface oxide gold and using the Albion Process an average of 92.2% gold extraction (up to 94%) for Youanmi Deeps mineralisation (i.e. sulphide)
• As part of the mine restart Rox has been improving existing infrastructure with a new airstrip and updating Youanmi Village accommodation restarting
• Feasibility studies have been underway for a year with the Scoping Study very close to being announced.
• Meanwhile, over at Fisher Gold which is 100% Rox drilling has recommenced at a very promising gold deposit at Damsel Dam.
• Alex and his team have delivered a lot and their successes will start to pay off with the Scoping Study imo. Gold juniors in general have been smashed in recent times as doubts emerge that they will ever get into production. Rox has the fundamentals to restart Youanmi if they are not scooped before they get the chance.
