The mere fact that there were another 2 instos already interested enough to buy in speaks volumes for what can be expected from RXL's forthcoming Scoping Study. Based on recent history, I suspect the team of motivated gloom-and-doomers will throw whatever downramping mud they can when the Study is announced. But it's hard to believe that the necessary funding won't be forthcoming to get RXL's mining underway asap. DYOR
