At this share price RXL is extremely ripe for a takeover offer with a relatively high takeover premium able to be quoted. I think $0.40 would fly at this point of time with a potential small sweetener although that still significantly undervalues RXL. Opportunities disappear as quickly as they appear so an astute producer would be wise in acting now when gold stocks are spooked.
