also the amro's report was done using 275/ounce gold and 85 cents per pound copper. I believe they also used approx 168 million shares on issue to arrive at the NTA of 30 cents per LAF.
Obviously that is different now. NTA for the project was then calculated at AUD$50 million. there is now 303 million shares on issue and LAF's share of the project is 59%. approx 9.7 cents per share. the market is at 8.4 cents now. so not much of a discount, but remember, gold is 100/ounce higher now which would make the NPV much higher.
On a prospective p/e basis, i can see a tripling in share price perhaps.
