I'm not anticipating it will go that low but we are in a down phase. I'm looking to buy as it drifts down but not yet. I thought perhaps the higher low would be 11.5c but only because this is the price point above the cap raising point. Depends on the timing of the loan restructure (or not!). No loan restructure and we will pass 9c in a falling knife.
