'From the last announcement... "The Company has received firm commitments from sophisticated and professional investors for the placement of 13,477,700 ordinary fully paid shares at 9 cents each" and "it is anticipated will be finalised on or around 8 June 2001".

So I guess we can expect an imminent announcement?'

On the basis of feedback this will be happening shortly.

I posted previously that CSD is in a better position now than it was before the Cap Raising. When the announcement comes we will be back on track. "Onwards and Upwards".

As you can see from the following 2011 and 2010 Announcements, CSD is capable of achieving a lot in the second half of the year. In 2010 CSD achieved as much as they have in 2011 to June 1. But the second quarter gets much much better. There is plenty more to come from CSD this year.
