i dont think they are having problems, just very slow as usual. Megy is in no rush and likes to be very thorough.
I am 100% confident the IHP will be a success, it has been already actually, producing phosphoric acid, however they are addressing the last teething issue being elevated levels or dust. A simple issue of balls breakdown, which bentonite will no doubt solve. different soils will have different bonding properties; clay at Wonarah may be a good enough binder. Bentonite is a proven binder in similar kilns used in Iron ore for decades and has been tested at length to work with such applications as this.
