    Yes they will probably sign the contract and the terms will include the requirement for ICN to prove reserves by a certain date.This will be a good step forward if they do it.Then one would hope drilling and testing will come soon after which would start ICN sp moving again.Then I can stop eating dogfood and move back on to caviar again.
