My prediction is for an annoucement to come on the 1st April however I'm predicting the announcement will be to update the market on the state of the negotiations as well as confirming that "negotiations are still ongoing although near completion".
I'd have to agree with Desire's sentiment, discussions like these can create unnecessary fervour among investors which could potentially exaggerate any falls in the share price should a positive announcement not eventuate as expected.
