Falling POO will b good for TCL & $9 target SP. US consumers will also b driving more due to POO falling so low & gallons in their tanks. It is winter & is snowing all over so that might cause $9 to not be met just yet. Also, congestion in Sydney, ; road user behaviour in Oz being slow to react to falling POO) & summer holidays may not help Australian revenue just yet but in long term should all b net positives. target SPO
