They had 'a list' so teefer might even have been lucky enough to snaffle some! I was just too late getting on the list!
Personally I'd like to think they let the placement taker have some as they showed the confidence ot pay 31.4c for their placement shares. All I'm truly sure of is that 18c will look cheap in a few days, months or whatevers....trying not to think time periods re announcements, but it's getting closer to things all coming together.
