I agree with you. I just read another report saying it's a buy at $2.50 but a hold at the current sp.
We are coming into the European summer and surely we will see an uptick of activity. It is always the brave that hang on when times are looking tough that reap the reward. I do want to buy another property soon but will hold my holding in EML for as long as I can.
