Whats the chance of a 10 cent div this FY..?

3 cents flagged for first half FF.

Second half last year was 7.2.

at 6.0 cents though represents a good if not substantial yield. 9 cents Div FF is a good % yeild.

Imagine 5-10 years from now when yeild is over 50 or 60%....and its all tax free baby. (cept the cap gains)
