I don’t believe it is a case of negative sentiment, but ARQ stock is still being controlled (manipulated) by the same entity that has been churning / accumulating for months........few other entitys or people are actively trading it..........therefore as good news comes along we should see the hand brake come off and the share price move accordingly............until then, they will keep churning away to hold the sp where they want it..........can't see this changing unless they have a change of heart or another major holder reckons it's about time we saw some share price increase.......and there is nothing we punters can do but watch!

Yes, I know.......it all sounds like a conspiracy.........but just take a step back and think about it.
