Market is confused. Up to 5 more months to wait and half of nothing is still nothing.
Nothing said about C$70M value being still in the mix - now it is simply 50% of the MEGA shares, whatever that may be. SER and Tarcoola appear to be taking more of the MEGA listing risk.
Macquarie Capital are not cheap and MEGA need to raise working capital. No details of the cash payments to SER, and why only SER now and not apportioned to Tarcoola also? The bulk of the C$3M could be on success - needs explanation.
Woeful announcement for lack of clarity.
