Jiaming will not be made redundant in the jv, imo they obviously have found the way around acid regeneration problem, and if jrv were confident that they could have solved the acid problem perhaps the jv would not have reached this stage in its' current form.
Perhaps if the joint venturers keep honouring their obligations as the fall due jrv would be unable to cancel the agreement.
