I would estimate 40% of offenders I inducted had mental conditions . The more mild cases would tend to use it as an excuse where as the more seriously afflicted would try to hide their mental illness . I genuinely felt sorry and tried everything I could to help them .
Our primary job as servants of the state is to protect the community not social experimentation . So when someone who has no idea wants get into the minds of psychopaths' then they fall victim to the very thing they trying to prevent .
