9 yo child murder - death penalty required, page-130

Well it's all very interesting and fascinating to you, that's obvious.
I just lament that a little girl is dead and the killer won't lose their life in return.
Not by the state anyway. The state that is meant to protect us.
To right a wrong. Etc

The state that demands we obey the law in return for protection and justice.
Where's the justice for society from this crime? Will the current penalties available to a judge to impose, be adequate for what has just happened?
I say no.
Bring back the death penalty for crimes like this and make them pay with their own life.
