    Adoption of Resolution five (and in particular, I make reference to the proportional takeover provisions) in the upcoming AGM will be of extreme significance to the company. It will effectively ensure that a hostile takeover will not occur. Ultimately, it will give Ian Gandell (who owns 35% of the stock) to decide at what price any takeover attempt would be successful......and I don't think he has any intentions of selling unless the price is TOO GOOD to refuse....

    I don't have the time to go into the reasoning why right now....have a graduation to attend.....but I'll attempt to explain my thoughts later.
