They need to make all vaccines available to all. The business of saying "if you are in this age group you can only have that vaccine" is just bullshit.
So AZ is cheaper for them to buy than Pfizer, they could make AZ as the only free vaccine and charge, say $20 or even up to $50 per shot for Pfizer, or Moderna when approved. People should be free to choose which serum they want, after being given up to date information on all. Pfizer has the advantage that the second shot is given after 3 weeks against 3 months for AZ.
