A friend of mine travelled to Africa some years ago......he had to have a yellow fever vaccine before he was permitted to enter the country. Why isn't it compulsory for returned travellers, citizens & pseudo citizens to have at least one jab of any vaccine plus quarantine in order to protect the MAJORITY of our population ? Yes....these individuals have rights but do these 'rights' trump the collective rights of the rest of the population ???????? Clearly yes from what has been unfolding !!!! Strong leadership is required ......
