I'm a xero user for the past 4 years and the way they support me in times of financial strife is this:
I pay my $55/month to them, they give me awesome software, and I fired my $400/ month accountant and do it myself.
They could offer subscribers a 30% fee discount and what is that going to do for their business?
Absolutely nothing really.
Far better value by offering a great service at an already low monthly fee.
