What's the likelihood of Zeta not reaching the 90% threshold and a rump of shareholders holding on after the takeover as minorities?

I'm wondering if this Harvest investment firm that has been buying up the shares over the last few weeks is intending to help or hinder the Zeta bid.

If V8 is right in thinking that Zeta might then do a deal on better terms with Saracen, maybe it's worth hanging around. I don't fully understand the implications here, but wouldn't you be a minority shareholder in a take-private situation, depending on Zeta to make you an offer at a later date?
