Network effects are the strongest barrier to entry in Technology. ACX ticks the box again.
Before Oracle acquired the company it was doing about $100M annual revenue, so close to ACX in terms of revenue but in different sectors and probably sold to existing Oracle customers: who use Primavera etc...
It is richly priced (6 times forward revenue) but is a quality growth company. $6B company in a few years???
