Not my point, anyone has the right to sell (Ted did on family health issues) but to sell just because the S/P drops on really no fundamental change - $100m cash plus near term and likely future asset growth to me shows a lack of grey matter between the ears.
But I don't know anyone circumstances (but mine), maybe it was a margin call.
