They did say the Monash negotiations were going to be long and complex, or words to that effect. Monash are prepared to pay a premium for the stock. They've already forked out 500k as a sign of commitment. ECT have the technology. The fed and state govets are behind them - labor and libs. They have a social imperative to build the plant and commercialise. The stock is being manipulated and accumulated. All is (almost)in place. Join the dots folks ... big BIG things are brewing imo.
