    yeh your definitely right M79, WEC ran on the back of talks of construction to over $1 from like 5 or so cents i think. then sky rocketed from there..

    obviously with this new Gov funding she would IMO be involved in the whole process. now since ECT where invited to the event and and a lot of gov officials would be very familiar with ECT especially after Holly's correspondence with ECT imo and as some here that spoke with her have said that she believes Coldry is one of the top few Techs in the world and well ahead of others in regards to "ready to go" makes this whole thing so much more exciting!

    Tomorrow and the week to come should be interesting Trading imo..
