My guess is that German valuations will rise but there will be more problems in S and E Europe. ASfter a hopeful early start to 2010 things have gone sour again in a faor slice if the the PIGS (Portugal Spain Italy and greece) zone. Not much better in Romania again. It wont be long before we find out what the valuers verdict is. Remember though that leverage works in both directions. We have had a long dose of the bad direction but if it swings around the changes in net assets will be breathtaking.
