ASIC will be after $$ millions that will go back to Centrelink. They will also provide guidance on the amount of compensation to be paid to Tenants, past and present.
Effectively, INA will pay double what they are judged to have charged Tenants in excess of "Fair Market Value", as calculated by an Independent
Arbitor. Then go back X 5 years.
