They are not housing providers, they are very expensive land lease providers.
We had the misfortune of buying one of these box type houses and in my opinion very sub standard and poor quality appliances and fittings.
we were fortunate enough to be able to sell and go back to normal living after a couple of years.
Our children much happier now they can visit us and not feel intimidated by the cold nature of the place.
There are, and i know a lot of resident's want out but simply can't afford to move after downsizing.
