well pretty much a green day and its still slipping into the red.
I just know first hand it is far from good value and in my opinion the houses are very cheaply made and don't represent good value at all.
A lot of older citizens find it very hard to be micro managed as well, i found that a massive problem.
Not saying its unethical at all, its just not for everyone.
