Is the land lease scheme on a whole being found out that maybe it is not the field of dreams the over fiftys thought it was?
with the spiralling cost of land it appears the only winners are the land lease companies.
The pensioners buying there house on someone elses land have to eventually lose.
Over the last few years the capital gain loss would be massive for those that sold the family home to early.
Much thought needs to be engaged before land leasing, in my opinion.
