    Three trading days to go for GEM to get the 90% acceptances they want (earlier of the two dates).

    Up to COB yesterday, they have 38.75%....far short of what they're looking for!

    It would seem at this stage the market is telling them they don't like the price being offered!

    Wonder what GEM's next move will be?
