Interesting. This analyst is saying the CCP are controlling the amount of gold bought on the domestic economy, they are trying to force reinvestment in the property market but this is a doomed strategy given the wider issues China has,
I'd say gold won't run for a bit while they try to keep the lid on it. It doesn't hurt to have BGD regardless.
Well worth a look as a further insight as the interplay between the US and China is fascinating.
